This is just a top up to my review on this Company who seem to prove dishonesty pays off. Paypal decided the first time I put in for a refund to go with Browpro. I appealed against it and I thought I had a good chance as I told the truth and sent paperwork to support my appeal. They came back to say they went in favour of the seller. Wait for it you will all relate to this that I ticked the box agreeing to subscribe. I received a copy from Browpro that I was supposed to have ticked but it was not ticked that is how bad they can be. I sent PayPal the copy without the tick but it made no difference to their decision. I will not use Paypal again as they know what Browpro does and is doing. Please be careful of this Company as they go under different names. All of a sudden I was dealing with Nymbus not sure what that was supposed to be about. Good luck

I was charged twice, plus charged for a VIP thing...30+ dollars. Refunded the 2nd charge, VIP thing was charged after they said it was cancelled. Been over 30 days, no product. Is this a fake company?? Going to call credit card company and dispute charges. DO NOT ORDER from them!

Do not buy this company’s product. It’s ridiculous. I looked like Groucho Marx and never actually used it other than one time and never left the house with it on. The company also practices very duplicitous tactics, and opps you into repeated subscriptions without permission and then refuses to refund more than half your money. they also automatically sign you up for multiple products at one time even when you close the screen and don’t submit they send them to you anyway and charge you. And then spend four or five emails trying to coerce you into actually keeping five versions of their product that you never ordered. If you tell them, you don’t know why you were charged, they claim that it’s your fault and act like they’re doing you a favor to refund only half your money. There’s a lot of alternatives out there to this company, most probably have much better products, go to any other one, but this one.

They say no problem with returns, absolute worst experience of my life! They give no return labels, requested address, no reply . They steal your money, send you upsale you never wanted, then hit with BS vip that wasn’t authorized! Just don’t

why are we being charged for monthly fees after ordering this product??? this is insane . I want a refund back from 6 months ago not knowing this was gonna happen, very shady company buyer beware

Got the product not as easy to use then blow me down have been charged 2 more payments for something I don’t know what. What’s up with that now have to change all my bank details NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

They charge me twice saying I'm VIP that's not true I buy it once and that's all and product is not good at all, they stilling your money!!

Product is crap and company even worse. Fraudulently sign you up for annual subscription, discontinue communication about charges and shipping (as done on initial order), don't ship ANYTHING and then state "company policy of refund timeline" and problems with being able to refund full amount unless I give the my PayPal (don't have) or give me a trustworthy friend account information for balance due. So you want to steal from me twice or pull in another victim. SCAMMERS AND SUPPORTERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Did not send the color I ordered and sent duplicates of the color which I did not order. Nothing usable It is going in the garbage and I'm taking a sizeable financial loss. a SCAM outfit!

I left a very bad review last week as product was not delivered in a timely manner. Believed it to be a scam. 2 days after the review, received the product. I ordered the light brown - darker than i thought so using sparingly! But does stay on and looks natural! Just be aware receipt of product will take time!!

Really the 1 star ⭐️ is for excellent packaging, but as for the product itself I am very disappointed, I would not recommend at all as it does not work and is a powder and would not last 1 minute let alone all day, nothing like as advertised, also they deducted a second amount of $81 from my account (unauthorised by me) on top of the $35.00 they had already deducted, I was not happy and to begin with they refused to refund the $81, but when I mentioned fraudulent transaction they quickly changed their mind and refunded it. So overall a very unpleasant experience 😡 on top of a very inferior product.

Really helpful product. I’ve had uneven brows for years and now they finally match. My only complaint is I wish they had a wider color range. But for now this works great.

I was worried it would look stamped-on, but it doesn’t. It blends in nicely with my real hairs. I use it with a little setting spray and it stays all day.

The product is not as advertized/shown in the ad. It has a cheesy sponge applicator that stamps a blob of easy smear makeup. They do not send return shipping lables, in fact they don't refund on the shipping you paid for the product. Definately not worth half of what it costs.

Didn’t think I’d love a stamp this much. I usually hate gimmicky makeup products, but this one delivers. My brows look even and full and it took under 3 minutes.

Stamp works well on bare skin and over foundation. It didn’t smudge either way. Bonus points for being quick.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong stencil size. CS responded within an hour and sent a replacement, no charge. That’s how you earn a repeat customer 👏.

If I could give this more stars I would. It’s helped me finally get consistent brows every day. Love how quick and easy it is. My morning routine is way faster now.
