Good problem solvers
When hiccups happen, you'll see the true value of a company's customer support and Brouwland rocked it here. I had a nice and constructive talk with them after some packaging and transportation issues with the somewhat delicate yeast smack packs and we came to solve the problem, making me a happy customer :)

pH strips practically useless.
Prompt delivery etc but practically impossible to figure how the pH strips work. The written instructions no help at all - no online back up instructions.

Liquid yeast arrived hot
Liquid yeast arrived hot. No viable for use. I don't know why they cannot cold-pack. I would pay whatever the price to get my yeast in good condition.

This company is amazing!
They openly communicate and awnser every question you may have before ordering, giving you recommendations and helpful advice.
The packaging is absolutely awesome, everything was heavily secured and wrapped with care.
The delivery was fast with no problems even if my order was pretty heavy.
They even go out of their way to help you when something might be unavailable/out of stock.
Simply put 10/10 no complaints, only well deserved praise!

Too long delivery time
Everything ordered was delivered but over a week from Belgium to Germany is way too long . Otherwise would of given 5 stars
