Free sending costs
Everything is allways good, except the part that I’ve had to pay the sending cost of my orders. I understand I’ve to pay when are small quantities, but when I buy over 100€-200€ I think, I shouldn’t pay.

Brouwland Perfect, DPD Not
Brouwland was great-all products received and liquid yeast fresh. Unfortunately DPD just dumped the delivery by the garage, did not even ring the bell and since there are Hops and liquid yeast, the delivery was sitting outside for several hours. In winter it is maybe ok but if it happened in summer I’d be requesting to replace these items due to ignorant delivery drivers.

Brouwland really understands the importance of reliability
Around Christmas the life is always busy, shops/webhops are facing challange to fulfill orders. My recent purchase from Brouwland was a nice surprise, they processed and sent my order within 24 hours. The parcell arrived in 3 days from Belgium. It wouldn't be faster even if I was purchasing inland.Nice job!

I’ve been a customer for three years and have spent a significant amount of money there as a homebrewer. I’ve always been happy with my orders in the past. However, in recent orders, I’ve encountered issues with both the quality of the products and the customer service.
One tip I would give: never order a puree. I’ve had to throw it away three times now. I’m still waiting for a response from customer service. It’s really frustrating, especially when you’re preparing for a competition and can’t trust your supplier.

Dpd delivery
The delivery company DPD advised what time and day the delivery would be and I waited for them to arrive, which after the allocated time went by I received an un-clear message on my answerphone and the on-line tracking said the parcel was not deliverable and was rescheduled. It was then delivered to my local post office the following day, when I requested it to be delivered to my home address. I know this is not the fault of Brouwland, but I think you should be aware of incidents like this and if they happen more than normal maybe they "Brouwland" should consider a different delivery company.
