After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was prepared and shipped based on the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, the parcel could not be delivered by Royal Mail due to an issue with that address. When we later contacted you to verify the details, you confirmed that the address provided was incorrect.

Please note that the shipping information used is exactly what is submitted during checkout and is also clearly visible in the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase. As a result, we are unable to issue a refund in this case, as the issue did not originate from a production or logistics error.

That said, we have made efforts to assist by offering a reshipment to the correct address so you can still receive your item. Initially, this was offered free of charge. However, as of April 1st, reshipments due to an incorrect address provided at checkout are subject to an additional shipping fee.

We were prepared to proceed with a complimentary reshipment, but unfortunately, we did not receive the correct address from you while this option was still available.

We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. If you would still like to proceed with the reshipment, please provide the correct address and we will arrange this for you.

All commissions were reviewed in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions. Affiliates who complied with those terms were paid. As stated in the agreement accepted upon joining, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel commissions in cases where the terms are breached.

Our program was designed specifically for trusted content partners and influencers who create original value-driven content. The use of discount codes on coupon aggregation websites, or similar traffic sources that do not align with our partnership guidelines, constitutes a breach of those terms. Moreover using paid advertising is strictly forbidden as you enter into a direct competition with us whether it’s bidding on our term on Google or running FB ads. In such cases, commissions may be voided following review. This policy is standard practice across affiliate programs in e-commerce.
