We would like to clarify an important point regarding your refund. While a chargeback or PayPal dispute remains open, our payment system does not allow us to process a refund directly.

In fact, our team attempted to issue your refund on October 6, but the transaction was automatically rejected by the payment system because of the ongoing dispute.

We understand your concerns about closing the PayPal claim. However, our explanation was not intended to pressure you into withdrawing your claim, but simply to clarify the technical restriction preventing us from processing the refund.

Once the chargeback is officially closed and the restriction is lifted, our system will allow us to issue the refund, provided it has not already been settled through the dispute process.
