We are proud that the vast majority of our customers are happy with the quality of the products they receive. That said, if an item arrives with a genuine quality issue, we are committed to resolving it.

Our policy is to offer a free replacement when a quality issue is reported within 30 days of delivery. After this period, a €20 processing and shipping fee applies for replacement requests.

We would also like to clarify that returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy. However, a full refund can only be issued if the returned items are received in their original condition. If jewelry is returned damaged or shows signs of use, deductions may apply depending on its condition.
