Philip did a good job helping us with booking our holiday. However you need to sort out problems trying to pay by AMEX when your house has a name not a number, Broadway is the only place I have ever had this issue.

Great help when you need it
Booked a week holiday through Broadway which included Formula one tickets/transfers.
The communication throughout has been great.
When we had an issue at the hotel with room bookings they helped to sort this out straight away. Amazing service
Would recommend using this company and will be doing myself again in the future I’m sure!

I’ve booked the holiday I wanted.
Very disappointed I had to point out that transfers were included on the first screen. All was put right in the end but unsavoury feeling. I have used this hotel and Broadway Travel a number of times in past and was somewhat disappointed with having to double check every thing. I’m against putting this sort of comment on social media as I’m sure this was an oversight as opposed to a money grab

The opposite of accommodating to a young family
We excitedly booked with Broadway Travel for our honeymoon family holiday to Turkey.
Without being informed our flight times have drastically changed from the initial timings we booked with to suit travelling with a toddler and not only were we not told but if we want to change our flights back to close to the original timings it will cost us over £500.
For context our initial outbound flight landed in Turkey at approx 3pm, our new flight now lands at midnight. Our initial return flight landed back in England at approximately 7:30pm and now lands at 3am.
These new flight times are not suitable for travelling with a toddler however if we want to alter the flights to be closer to the timings of our original flights it will cost us over £500. Horrendous either way.
Happy honeymoon to us… cheers Broadway travel.

Whilst we completely understand that the revised flight times are less convenient for travelling with a young child, flight schedules are controlled by the operating airline and are subject to change. Unfortunately, these changes are outside of our control as a travel agent. As part of the booking process, customers are required to review and accept our Terms and Conditions before confirming their reservation. These explain that minor schedule changes can occur, including changes to flight times, and that airlines may amend their schedules after booking.
We appreciate that arriving later than originally planned is disappointing, however any alternative flight options available are subject to airline availability and pricing at the time of the request, which is why additional costs may apply.
We are sorry that this situation has impacted your perception of your booking experience, as this was certainly never our intention. We hope that despite the flight amendment, you and your family enjoy a wonderful honeymoon and holiday in Turkey. I have booked a cruise with Broadway…
I have booked a cruise with Broadway cruises for the first time. I have nothing but praise for this company. I initially booked 2 cabins but when my adult kids decided they wanted to join us it was no issue at all getting us another cabin close together. I have had to contact them due to a couple of other issues (nothing to do with them) and I must say Sue has gone above and beyond to help me and I can’t thank her enough. It’s hard to find great customer service these days but Broadway have got it right!
