The product is ok , though the wood doesn't appear to be weather proofed. There is advice to keep to keep it out of the sun and rain ! So should I just leave the deck chairs in the shed.

Easy to find what I was looking for

Easy to find what I was looking for. 15L fridge, for my mum, in a care home, a great price, and best of all, it was mains as well as in car connection. It was great for what I was looking for, it was just to keep mums chocolate and drnks in, as her room in the care home is too hot. Packed well, arrived on time, and was kept up to date on my order, will look at other things on this Web site.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, no problems. Only issue I had was the Evri driver leaving the package outside on the road in the rain but item was well packaged.

Bad service

I ordered two lots of folding chairs from this establishment and both times the claimed to of delivered them when they hadn't. They admitted that they are in the wrong and I told them three times to only deliver at the weekend and what do they do? They say the replacement will be with me on Thursday. Not only are they stupid, but they don't know how to read. Order from any store except Brits Home Garden . It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Sent wrong item, offered half a refund for missing item

Update: a full refund has now been offered and I am satisfied with the outcome, if not the process to get there.

Ordered camping toilet with tent. Received a 6-bottle dispenser. Emailed immediately to rectify issue and have since experienced really poor customer service. I specified that I needed my item by the Saturday (having received the wrong item and alerted them Wednesday morning).

Firstly they try to offer me to keep the wrong item for an additional price, an insult to injury honestly. Why on earth would I want that item, especially at an additional cost when it is not even close to what I ordered?

I am then told due to the days in their responses (only one per day while we debated the issue) that they can no longer send my item in time (if they had dealt with it on the first day it would be on time). They also offered to only refund half the amount I paid for the missing items. Why would I want half a refund when I've not received the item!? Ridiculous customer service.

Do not order from here, or if you do it is clearly at your own risk as the customer service will make clear to you. Hussnain has not been handling my emails well at all.

I shall be rectifying this through other means if a suitable solution is not found soon (aka a full refund that I am entitled to).
