Very friendly service and not many questions to answer.

I spoke with Adam from the Gloucester branch, he put me at ease from the start, he explained everything to me, I found him to be knowledgeable and helpful with my questions, he listened and spoke about the policy I would receive asking if I needed help with anything, such a pleasant conversation, definitely deserving of 5 stars 😊

Very informative I increased my payment of which i was going to do anyway also good customer service when i finished they directly put me though to someone who could deal with issue of i never claimed my voucher of which also got sorted and both the ladies i spoken were very professional

After looking at many Over 50’s Life Insurance I finally went for British Seniors .
From 1st point of contact and talking with Lewis, he was informative from the start . Lewis explained that there was no obligation to choose straight away and to take time to read over emails that were sent to my inbox . After agreeing to talk with him in a few days time to discuss my options. Lewis was professional patient and very understanding
Unfortunately Lewis was off and I was directed to Adam who again was very polite and understanding with me . He went over my options again before I made my decision.
I like how you can change your policy if your circumstances change too.
It was an honour talking with Lewis & Adam . Keep up the great work.
