Customer service 10/10
Jon and the entire team at the gold record company have set the bar for customer service! I really wanted my custom order on short notice as a surprise for my partner, they went over and above to accommodate this for me working overtime and meeting fast delivery times at no extra charge. The product is perfect and the service from them is impeccable.
I would highly recommend using them, 10/10 experience.

From my first contact to receiving my finished order was an absolute joy. The customer service was first class with the help from Jon I personalised my album 💿 and within a matter of days I had the finished product. I cannot recommend this company enough. Wanted a personalised gold disc of our 50th wedding anniversary. This was accomplished with help of Jon and the team. Received, well packaged and received prior to our anniversary. Absolutely blown away with the quality and professionalism put into it. My wife and I absolutely loved it. 5 stars plus.

Ordered the Oasis 3x disc trio (DM, WTSMG, BHN). Couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the package. Simply stunning, the presentation is immaculate. Can’t stop smiling when I look at them. Please do even more Gold Record Company!! What an amazing product!

Wow is the only wordI could utter when I opened the package with the War Of The Worlds gold disk inside , I have bought this for my Granddaughter's 16th birthday as she has recently seen the show and has been in love with the music for many years .
