Good price and speedy delivery

I ordered a pair of trainers which were cheaper than on other sites. They were delivered within 48 hours as advised when I ordered them and they were exactly as described. I had no problems and will definitely use them again.

Returns policy contravenes distance selling law

I’ve returned the item but not been refunded yet so cannot post positively about this. However it is worthy of note that their returns policy contravenes distance selling law which they need to amend. They did acknowledge this when challenged but that’s not good enough t really. Updated on 31 March to say, after using a Royal Mail tracked returns label provided by this company, it went to the wrong address. Apparently they’ve moved but would seemingly have not bothered to change their details with Royal Mail and because of this they are charging me to have the item retrieved from the address they provided on their own Royal Mail Returns label. I have never experienced such appalling customer service. Avoid this company at all costs, reduced my rating from a 3 to 1 - if I could give zero I would.
01 April, I have been advised that I won’t be charged for retrieving the item from the incorrect address on the automatically generated label. However, this has been a thoroughly unpleasant experience

Outstanding reliable customer service

my initial order sadly never arrived. Another case of a courier company misplacing a parcel! however Georgia at customer service was very quickly on the case and did everything she possibly could to hurry delivery and ask for priority searches. When the courier company gave up the search Country attire send out a replacement overnight speedy delivery. The cost of the replacement was more than I had paid but I was not asked for more money. A company one can trust to put things right if they go wrong. Thank you Georgia

Seamless Shopping from Start to Finish

Really fast delivery—what more could you ask for? Authentic product, perfect fit, exactly as advertised, and even better, it was on sale. On top of that, I got a welcome discount and managed to find my size when it wasn’t available from the actual retailer. All of this made for a truly excellent and memorable shopping experience.

Good quality hat

Good quality hat, material feels sturdy , I thought price was high for a cloth hat but I bought for husband and he’s really pleased as it’s exactly like Bob Mortimers in gone fishing .
Quick dispatch and delivery , Box a bit bashed but hat was Wrapped securely with padding
