The scheduled meeting and its content structure were efficiently organized. The agent in attendance was welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the meeting. The agent's honest suggestions were especially invaluable and greatly aided me in my decision-making.

The only reason I couldn't give this experience a 5-star rating was due to some issues with the Google Meet connection, which caused the video to break up and occasionally led to missing information or keywords. Nevertheless, despite these minor technical hiccups, the overall experience remained fantastic and relaxing.
