If it was based upon the lovely…

If it was based upon the lovely gentleman who assisted me on the phone and the great mechanic who fixed the problem it would be 5 stars. It was the more than 2.5 hour wait after a 13 hour shift that let them down.

Stress free recovery.

Once again, a great stress free breakdown, i cant recommend Britania enough, always effecient and proffesional full 5 star treatment.

Left my wife on the side of the road alone

My wife broke down at 9pm taking the car to the mot centre the night before as I set off to work at 5am and can’t do it in the morning. They won’t assist as the cars mot is out of date( by less than a week).

She is there on her own and this “breakdown service” is finding ways to get out of helping. You can tell they are owned by an insurance company.

I paid for the all singing all dancing package and nothing!

Great team!🌟

Professional call handler, asked if in a safe place- if I was alone and did I have any additional concerns or needs. Fast service well communicated by text, then phoned by mechanic - given advice whilst I waited- turned up within 30 mins- quickly sorted the problem and made sure all ok for journey onwards- brilliant service- been with Brittania for 4 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks again!🌟

Quick recovery, friendly, helpful, regular check ins and low price.

Needed recovery recently when I broke down in a busy junction and I didn't have my account details or login to hand. It was easy to find the phone number on their website, they quickly located my account and arranged recovery, the recovery truck arrived in a reasonable time (60 mins ish), driver was friendly, they also arranged and paid for transport to a garage the next day once I had booked it in (again friendly driver, arrived reasonably fast considering I was at home and it wasn't an emergency, maybe 90 mins).

They also give you a call once ever 30 mins when you're by the roadside which is nice because I've experienced other breakdown services that have literally said they would book a recovery truck and then not done so (so you phone 1-2 hours later to get an update and are told nothing is on the way, sorry about that, we'll contact a recovery service now), at least if they phone you every 30 mins you know they've not forgotten about you and can figure out pretty quick if they've not booked anything.

Friendly, efficient breakdown service!

I must highly recommend Britannia Rescue for their help at the weekend. My car had a flat battery. Turns out it was the original battery (over 20 years old!) Agent turned up quicker than I anticipated and diagnosed the issue, got the car started and I hotfooted it to Halfords to get a new battery! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Can't fault them! Thank you.

Professional, Fast, and Reassuring Service from Start to Finish

I had a really positive experience using this service. What mattered most to me was being able to report my breakdown easily, getting a quick response, and feeling safe throughout the whole situation—and they delivered on all of that.

From the initial phone call to the recovery itself, everything was handled professionally. The person I spoke to on the phone was clear, helpful, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation much easier. The driver who came out to tow my car was just as professional—punctual, efficient, and friendly.

My car was safely taken to the garage without any issues, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. Overall, a smooth and reliable service that I would definitely recommend.

Britannia Rescue rescued me

My 2021 Suzuki Swace has always been 100% reliable so when I went to start it and nothing happened but loads of warnings about various things not working I suspected a battery fault. However, the usual work around did not help so I called Britannia Rescue and gave the symptoms. I was at home and so it was not an emergency. About two hours later Mike appeared in a van and without needing further diagnosis attached a power pack and the car started at once. We ran the engine to charge the battery but found that when fully charged it was only 40% full. With that knowledge I was able to obtain a replacement and all is now well. This was excellent service from a man who clearly knew cars inside out. This one event, the only time I have need to use the service, more than justified the annual subscription.
