The staff were really helpful

The staff were really helpful. Whole process ran very smooth and efficient.

Great service

Initial Response was quick. Service agent was then very clear, and estimated time of arrival correctly. Pick up driver was good, respectful of our needs, and delivered us and our vintage car very efficiently to our destination. Great service

Cheap for a reason

Second time yesterday I had to call these for a breakdown and just like the first time the operator on the end of the phone didn’t have a clue what he was on about and his tone of voice was very downgrading. Safe to say I won’t be renewing with you!!

I reported my breakdown problem and help arrived in about 20 minutes, which I thought was pretty good.

Good response to an issue which happened at home

Issue happened at home. Good response time. Friendly call centre. Kept informed. Good local agent came out earlier than expected on a bank holiday. Helpful responder. I had a battery issue and it would be great if there were batteries fitted there and then.

Great service

Great service. The link in the text told me how long the rescue agent would be, their name and vehicle regisration, which was very reassuring. Rescue agent was very helpful and gave good advice.

I had a really great experience…

I had a really great experience following finding that I had a flat tyre. It was easy to report in, the wait for assistance wasn't excessive and the recovery agent
saw me on my way quickly. All in all great service.

Britannia Rescue - great service

Great call-handler, made the reporting service easy and reassuring.
Local recovery agent in Scotland was also very good, sorted the immediate problem quickly and provided good advise re longer term solution.
Much better service than that previously provided by Alocoholics Anonymous whose recovery guy was clueless.
I have used Britannia Rescue service a few times so far and every time the service has been very good/excellent.

Very very reliable Company

Had a minor problem on my journey out losing power/speed but hoped it would clear when time to go home. Turned on the car and masses of smoke from the exhaust. Called Britannia and very pleasant helpful person gave me 3 options a) send a mechanic to check it over but might be to 2 hours or b) send a tow truck if no repair possible but might be another 2 hours as well or c) send tow truck as first choice.
I have never received such info and options before from previous breakdown companies so was really delighted and chose c)
Only had a 20 minute wait and once set up, on the way home. Driver very polite and friendly and (as it was a Saturday) said they could/would return Monday to tow me to the local garage.
Having spoken to the garage Monday I did take up the further tow. Once again arrival in half the possible time frame.
The icing on the cake was would I like a lift home again?
I cannot recommend this company and it's employees/partner breakdown companies enough.

Very poor communication, no help at all

Very poor communication, road assistance guy André just did pictures of the car to justify his presence and did nothing else to try to fix my car,I waited for 4 hours for the recovery to arrive.

Highly recommended service

Everyone I spoke to was really polite. The mechanic arrived just over an hour after I rang and was able to resolve my problem quickly. I've been with Britannia rescue since it started in 1983 via the CSMA. I've never had a bad experience with them.
