I received my earrings yesterday, and they were beautifully packaged, plus they came with an authentication certificate. Delivery was also very prompt. I would recommend Britannia - very happy customer. Also, as a side note, this is the first time I have ordered second-hand jewellery and I will definitely do it again after this experience.
