Excellent Instructor
Pradeep was an excellent instructor, It was just last week that I started my 30 hour intensive course after just turning 17. I had very little driving experience. Pradeep helped me fix bad habits, this very quickly helped me feel more confident. Pradeep also keeps very composed and helps you feel at ease whilst driving.
He thought that I was ready for my test at 25 hours so we cut the course by 5 hours.
Today I had my driving test and passed with 4 minors.
Great Instructor, couldn’t recommend more!

Best driving teacher
Booked a 20 hour intensive course and as automatic, I had Theo as an instructor. He was brilliant. Worked hard to build up my confidence. Not only did he teach me the routes, but he also taught me how to be a good and safe driver. We covered everything in the lessons, and he challenged me with theory, understanding roads and being able to navigate myself. I enjoyed every part of the learning experience and can’t recommend him enough. I passed my test yesterday with 1 minor.

10 hour intensive course and Test Pass
Having had about 15 hours previous driving experience and one failed test over 3 years ago, I booked a 10 hour intensive course with Pradeep with a test at the end. He was knowledgeable and informative and I passed my test at the end of the 10 hours. Cheers Pradeep!

I can thoroughly recommend Pradeep/Bristol Intensives. My daughter was nervous about having lessons but Pradeep made her feel at ease, straight away. He was patient, clear and thorough in instructions. Always punctual, with great communication

Pradeep helped me regain my confidence after not having driven consistently for a long time. He always made me feel calm and was very informative about how to deal with different road situations, in general and in the test area. Usually I would say that these intensive courses are expensive but after my 15 hour course with BristolIntensives I have definitely found it to be worth it. If you want to pass fast like I wanted to, get on one of their courses!

Reliable and thorough automatic lessons
Theo taught me to drive an automatic over 35 hours. He has a lot of knowledge and teaches you to drive well, not just pass the test. He's particularly good at building up confidence. I liked the assurance that he wouldn't take me to a test if I wasn't ready,so I knew when I was taking it he thought I was good enough. His automatic car is also really nice to drive and has good rear parking cameras which makes manoeuvres super easy! I passed first time after 35 hours with one minor. He also gave me a motorway lesson in that time, as well as lots of tips and tricks for driving beyond the test.

Pradeep was great at explaining everything in simple terms and helped me apply what I learnt out on the road. He helped me pass first time with only 2 minors! He got me a really quick test only within a month of when I first contacted him.

May I ask how we could've improved your experience?
You contacted us initially with a specific date range for the course, we were able to accommodate this and also find you a test for that period. All lessons were conducted in a timely and prompt manner, all the information required to pass the test was provided and practised to the point of you being able to pass the test. The instructor would have recommended for you not to go for that test otherwise.
You failed due to repetitive errors, things that you hadn't done during your lessons, it is not safe to stop at every junction just because you feel more comfortable. It is not safe to just go slow all the time.
The instructor cannot control what you do on the actual driving test.
Even though we have completed our service with you and did not have to continue, within 4 days of failing your test we found you another test, a weekend test at your request. You agreed to this but did not want to continue because you didn't want to commit to the cost of the additional lessons and test (even though we discounted the price), did you expect them for free?
You'd already left a 1 star review within days of failing then you removed it cause you didn't realise we had secured you another test, now you give a 2 star rating because you weren't happy with the service provided.
Please can you tell us how we could've provided a better service? We cannot control what you do on the driving test. The instructor is one of the best with an excellent pass rate.
