Needed to cancel our order
Needed to cancel our order. Email submission on website wasn’t working. Had an old support email and was able to reach out to request the order be cancelled so I could make some changes with a new order. Received a response three days later explaining that they couldn’t get to my email earlier so therefore couldn’t cancel the order on time.

Late timing
So I bought on brikzz many times before but this time was the worst so I was buying right before they closed down so I rushed to buy 2000 dollars worth of minfigs so I ordered 8 MONTHS LATER I got my stuff so that’s why 1 star

So far so good
So far so good. Placed three separate orders. All have arrived within a few weeks. Ordered large batches of Star Wars clone and droid figures for my son which are pretty good quality. Also ordered a Lego build which is also good quality. The instructions are more difficult to follow than genuine Lego, but I believe this is to be expected considering the price difference.
