Baby bed - The Sleepy Spot

I ordered from them a small baby bed and the quality is good. It is exactly how it looked in the website which is a relief because I was worried about having to return it as I had never ordered from them before. The only downside is their delivery time as it comes all the way from China. They offer free delivery but you need to wait long.
In terms of customer service, they respond to your emails quickly and keep you updated. However, it is hard to reach them directly via call. I had an impression that they were Australian business but it looks like they operate from China. I would suggest them to have a dedicated customer service line in Australia so that it is easier to reach them via call. Overall I am happy with their product and they seem to be a legitimate business.

Great stepping stones

Great stepping stones, came quickly. Packaging was minimal though and no instructions or details about the product like materials, make etc.

Appears to be an Australian site so…

Appears to be an Australian site so wanted to support Australian business especially during Christmas but order didn't arrive close to Christmas like I believed and was sent from China so delayed and a little girl thinking Santa forgot her.
