This is the 6th out of seven possible appts. for this tooth. Also I went from a good checkup to $5,000 + treatment plan in a year. Might be time to look for a new dentist.

This was my very first appointment at Bright Now! Dental & I was very pleased with how I was treated. Everyone was courteous & friendly which I was happy to experience.

Affordable, professional and quick!

Had to be numbed twice and had pain till next day. It doesn't have to be this painful

I took my daughter for the first time and the staff were very nice and friendly. The wait time was less than 2 hours when my daughter had 4 procedures done! Great staff!

My son's appt was at 12pm, we showed up at 11:48 filled out our paperwork, they called him back about 12:15 then I thought cool it's moving fast. Then we sat in the room waiting and waiting, about 12:50 I asked if anyone was coming in they said "oh sorry the dentist is running a little behind shouldn't be much longer" then at 1:15 I asked again, after I saw the hygienist (who was supposedly coming in to check and clean his teeth) talking up a storm with the front desk girl about non-work related issues. Which isn't a big deal if you don't have patients waiting on you. About 1:36 they finally came in did the cleaning, then they said oh we need to scale his teeth, so that took sometime, then the dentist saw him and said he needed 2 cavities filled and then 3 seals. Should take about 30 minutes to do it. It was 2pm!! Mind you i tried to do this on my lunch break and I ha e now been here for 2 and half hours!! Worst service ever!
To top it off this was a rescheduled appt because my son and husband had an appt 2 weeks prior and when they got there for their 9am appts, they sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes after checking in, until someone finally said "oh are you here for an appt?" (Mind you the whole time they were sitting at the front desk talking so how did they not see them) and proceeded to tell them "oh the dentist is not us today she called in because their cat died!) I get it but really why not say something the minute they came in or called us to tell us before we left the house!? They open early!! Overall would never recommend this place to anyone ever!! Worst customer service and no communication.

Excellent service! The staff is friendly and efficient. My crown fell off and they got me in an hour from the time I called for an appointment. Would definitely recommend!! :)

I was happy to get a clean bill of dental health this time.

A friendly staff, makes me feel comfortable and at ease when seeing the dentist.

I had a filling on my front tooth to close an open gap. The dental hygienist scrap it out during cleaning. It a very small gap and she probably didn't notice. However I will have to have it refilled. Everything else was done a lot faster than the my last visit.

I have used this office over a year. Just when I was contemplating selecting a new office, I just got the best cleaning in 10 years. The dental hygienist did a great job. Thank you.

Yola/ did my teeth cleaning /and as usual was an excellent job. I have been going to see her app. 14 years now She works at the Port Malabar office in Palm Bay Fl. Thanks Rick Weiand

I walked out after sitting and waiting for 1 hour. I don't understand how an office can expect their patients to sit for an hour without giving the patient an option to either wait or reschedule. A doctor was in surgery, but they could have at least told me it would be a long wait and left it up to me if I wanted to stay or go

Other than one of the receptionist having a conversation assuming I was a medi-cal patient like I couldn't hear her I thought this place was great very clean and everyone else I ran into was very professional and nice.

your hygienist is a hard working friendly skilled professional 0f the highest quality as the rest of your staff

I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but since I found Bright Now, I look forward to my appointments! Everyone there is so nice and really make you feel comfortable
