Very nice people, very helpful

Great people, great service, great pricing and they offer payment plans!!

Had a 2 Hr. root canal and 2 weeks later tooth hurts as if nothing was done to it. Still fighting pain.

The best experience I have ever had at the dentist. Great staff.

The employees were nice, but the hygienist and dentist seemed very rushed. I felt that they were more concerned about finishing with me than to make sure I was comfortable and a valued patient. The dentist only looked in my mouth and spoke to me for no more than 2 minutes. The hygienist Repeatedly hurt sensitive areas of my mouth and afterwards didn't seem to try to be more gentle. She left the sucking stick thing to hang in my mouth while she worked; I guess she either didn't want to take the time to suck out the saliva separately from the cleaning, or Bright Now just doesn't want to hire people to be there to hold the sucking stick while the hygienist works.

Waited 30 minutes for my appointment. Apparently my usual dentist was on vacation, I would have preferred someone told me before hand. My concern was not met, I'm still having problems with the same teeth.

Was in a hurry. Took more than 25 minutes to see the dentist. But he was a great guy with a sense of humor. Really liked the work he did.

I had to get three cavities filled. For a procedure that is not enjoyable I felt like the dentist and dental assistant made it as easy as possible. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I appreciate the professionalism they exhibited at my appointment.

They did not check my insurance. I lost two hours waiting for them to check my cover. I did not get a call. They said they did.

I waited 4o minutes to get into the examining room. It was well worth it as the cleaning was excellent. I made a future appointment.

Everyone was professional. They were unable to help me but referred me to an oral surgeon.

Have they heard of good customer service skills? The person cleaning my teeth did her job like someone doing a mindless task. She was not personable and seemed like she did not want to be there. She was not gentle while flossing my teeth. I felt forced into purchasing a fluoride treatment that made me sick to my stomach. It has a "chop shop" vibe. I will not go back to them again.

The lady who tightened my braces this visit pinched my lip and bruised it as well as struggled replacing the wire and cause me pain. She had to call someone else to assist her.

The doctor gave me a surface filling and did excellent work.

The hygienist was a little rough and the next day I had a sore on the right side of my mouth. Other than that it was fine.

with a 10:30 appointment, 2 patients were shown-in before me. Then, after 1 hour and 15 minutes, I was granted 2 minutes of FACE time. I asked for 3 X-Rays, (3 bad teeth) and she took. 2! I walked out. Wouldn't you?
