Wilma a particular tutor for one of our young people has been a positive influence and supported with progression using inspiring lessons to support engagement.

This company is dedicated to providing good quality, student centred tutoring for all of it's students, as well as a compassionate and listening ear to ensure provision is as individually tailored as possible.
They also look after their tutors very well and actively promote CPD for all. It is the most thoughtful and considerate of the agencies for which I have worked.

I can’t recommend bright heart enough. Across the process at every point, from initial inquiry through to meeting the right tutor their system works and their people are smart, they listen and have a real sense of your needs and worries as a parent. Lisa our tutor was calm, kind and intuitively followed our child and our needs- it was a difficult journey for us with resistance from our son but Lisa just went with the pace and was absolutely brilliant- and affirming for us as parents and importantly for our son. A perfect fit! The tutor Bright Heart matched our child with couldn't have been better suited - the right personality and approach combined with a willingness to take on our suggestions. My son had missed six months of Year 10 and was really struggling in the run up to his GCSE's, with no extra support available. Through Brightheart we were lucky enough to find Jack for online Business Studies tutoring, very late in the day. He was just brilliant and really brought the subject alive, using relatable examples of well known companies. My son thoroughly enjoyed his sessions and it was great to see such a leap in his confidence and writing skills. Jack greatly exceeded our expectations and we wish him all the best in his future teaching career.

Really excellent Maths tutor. My 13 year old daughter is happy to have her weekly tutor sessions because of the friendly engaging tutor. I'm happy because the tutor is an experienced Maths tutor and so learning is quick.
