There seems to be no answer when requesting a replacement for a faulty night light...I have now written to them 3 times and have still not received a reply. Very odd customer service, unfortunately.

I enjoyed personalizing the night light for my granddaughter. I liked the way I could put in different names and see what it would look like right away. It was very easy to order and delivered in a reasonable time frame. It was a little bit smaller than I thought but I should have looked at the dimensions or asked for them. I am very pleased with my order. My daughter liked it also, she ordered one for her friend that is expecting, as a baby shower gift. 💗
