Well and effective

If you are considering registering with this company, please take this as a serious warning sign. There are multiple red flags that I wish I had noticed before signing up.
First, they use high-pressure sales tactics to get you to commit immediately. They push you to make a payment while you are still on the phone and create a sense of urgency by claiming that a 20% discount is only available if you stay on the call and pay right away. They do not give you reasonable time to think, research, or make an informed decision.
My son only attended three classes, and after that, the teacher stopped showing up. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company, but there is no phone number where you can actually speak with a representative. The only option is messaging, and when I request a callback, they claim they are trying to reach me, but then falsely say my phone is going to voicemail.
They already have my credit card information, and resolving this issue has been extremely frustrating. The lack of customer support and accountability is unacceptable.
Please do your research and think carefully before signing up. Do not let the sales pressure and promises convince you. Based on my experience, this company has been a major disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone. The teachers appear to be based all over the world, but not in the U.S., which may be important for families looking for a certain level of consistency and support.

I stumbled upon this app on FB while looking for summer activities. I am glad I took the chance of booking the trial class and with which I had positive experience and from there on I enrolled my daughter into summer class which if she’s interested I will continue through the year. Very helpful and knowledgeable one on one tutoring who go with your child’s learning curve and help develops a course that suits their learning ability. Highly recommend.

I really love your tutoring program based on the demo I experienced with my granddaughter. The teachers are spontaneously creative in interacting with children that are in need of 1 on 1 academic support. I do recommend this tutoring program as a support system for parents to help their children reach their academic goals.

Beverly listened to our issues with the current math concerns and goals for future growth. Provided plans for progress and how to develop the current issues. We are looking forward to moving forward. I was unfortunately unable to take the follow-up phone call after our first meeting. If we could reschedule that to make plans for creating a plan for Adrian and signing contracts. I really like the tutoring at Brightly and feel my child is learning a lot from the sessions. My only concern is the lack of consistent homework right now; it’s only once in the last five lessons. I believe regular, ongoing homework is essential for kids to truly master these concepts and show progress, so I hope to see this change in the future.

I am happy with instructions given to my daughter, it is intentional and helps her to build her critical thinking skills. I am also please with her tutor in the way she deliver and execute the instruction. The only request I have is to start giving her some homework.

I would recommend Brighterly without any reservations. Excellent and outstanding tutors.

We really liked the person we had for initial demo session. Our last session was shorted by a margin, as it was only 35 minutes.

I would like to give a brief overview of our experience with Brighterly. The tutor did not now English well and that was a big issue. She didn’t know how to pronounce the word in the math lesson. I am hopeful that the next tutor teacher would know how to pronounce words and speak English well because that a huge part of learning the material.

She's so kind and patient with her. My daughter even wanted to let her know that she's the best tutor and she likes her.
