Absolutely wonderful, I am collecting a car today and with my insurance starting tomorrow, it was easier to get day insurance... The price is fair and the cover is brilliant. I will definitely return to this if needed in the future. Honestly, I would definitely recommend using this company. It was fast and easy and same day for the policy, which makes it easier for new drivers or collection of a car so much easier! I'm chuffed that I'm able to collect my new car today without hassle or the awkward conversations over the phone, can be easily done online. Thankyou so much.

Absolute crap. Firstly you have not replied to my queries and secondly, it took such a long time for my bank to be able to verify my payment to you that I lost interest and went elsewhere. It was like I was dealing with a scammer. Thirdly, you seem to be ignoring me when I tried to insure my car with you. You are an utter shambles.

The app changed the value of my car from 3000 to 300 yet they continued to sell me fully comp insurance with a 500 excess then tried to blame me when I complained. This is still ongoing

You guys are very expensive, even though my car was in great condition and bought from dealership, I told customer care if I can get any discount and I was ready to share pics of car but not luck. And ended up buying high value insurance, you guys should improve service for customers whose car in great condition.

My car has been written off in flood. It took approximately 10 mins to complete the information and obtain insurance. able to drive immediately.
The site is easy to navigate.
I would recommend this company, and wouldn't hesitate in using them again should the need arise.

Quickly reassured…
Took out a short term policy and the morning after I convinced myself that I had misinterpreted the question regarding traffic offences so used the web chat to see if I could amend my policy. Spoke with Millie who checked everything and reassured me that all was good and my original understanding was correct. So I was safe to use the car. Mille was very helpful and clear in her replies. Nice to communicate with a human rather than a bot.

After trying several insurance companies before I try this one, none of them has offered me temporary insurance because I have an old BMW, but Briefly has. The only one that offered me insurance for £103 for 4h only. However, I was really glad with the price and quick service with Briefly. Definitely to use for future purposes!
