Bought from these guys last week

Bought from these guys last week. At first they didn't actually give me the items I purchased. When I raised a complaint, the cashier yelled at me, and some guy called Josh started screaming at me and telling me I'm on heroine, and then called the police on me. Utah Police came to the store and put me in cuffs; they then took Josh into the store closet for about 15 minutes where I heard lots of slurping and moaning. Not sure what was happening but it was very uncomfortable.

Definitely would never recommend buying anything from these goons.

Stole a 200k lego collection

Stole a 200k lego collection, then proceeded to attempt to destroy the life of the reporter who brought the story into the public eye.

Beyond disgusting what this sham of a company has done. They simply had to accept fault and return the collection. Instead they have lied and cheated there way into even more of a horrid situation.

Crooks and Criminals

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bricks & Minifigs. I entrusted items to the store and later requested their return, but they refused to give them back despite my repeated efforts to resolve the situation. As a collector, this was incredibly frustrating and upsetting.

What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated when I tried to address the issue. Instead of working with me to find a solution, the situation was escalated and the police were called. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and completely ignored as a customer.

Good customer service starts with communication and a willingness to resolve problems fairly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that the business had no interest in making things right.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store. I strongly encourage anyone doing business with them to keep thorough records of all transactions and communications.

BEWARE !!!! Evil corporation. Will avoid paying you the money they owe you, and if you are persistent in trying to get it back, they will call in their lackey halfwits at the Police department or so-called honourable judges to get you arrested for possession, theft, stalking, threat to safety, etc. They are heartless, greedy pigs!!

Fraud

Fraud. This company has blatantly lied about stealing from an old man. The evidence is overwhelming, yet they refuse to give the old man what he owns.

Stole $200k from an old man

Stole $200k from an old man. Doubled down, and have police allegedly involved in a cover-up. Mormon Church (or Latter Day Saints) also involved in the cover-up. You can’t make this up. Horrible corporate practices, terrible ethics; awful human beings.
