Easy ordering and payment processes. Very speedy dispatch and arrived very well packaged too. Not opened yet as order is a Xmas present so the final proof will be in the drinking!!

Ordered a gift for a friend who lives in Scotland (I live in the north west of England). Item was delivered promptly. I was notified of every step of the delivery process. My friend appreciated the gift and has been converted to stormtrooper beer. Me, I'm already a convert, especially for the IPA, and have been browsing some of the Christmas beers already!

Delivery was 5 working days not 2 as stated. Gift message was incomplete on delivery. Disappointing.

Delivered in a reasonable time. I was kept informed of each stage if delivery.

Sadly, I’ve placed two orders and both have been late arriving; the latest one was the most annoying as there was no communication from Stormtrooper until I asked where my order was, no refund for the postage offered despite paying for 1-2 day delivery, etc. Not sure I’ll be risking ‘third time lucky’. Shame

Ordered for son’s birthday with next day delivery. Over A week later and still no package. Won’t order again.

I found a hair in my beer and some black stuff from the can apart from that it’s really good

The order was placed during their summer closure however it was dispatched as soon as they returned so really good service and no real delay.

Good beer, shame they bombard with emails afterwards. You get a one star review for the spam. Seriously, you buy somehing once, it doesn't meen we need to know every time you sneeze or have made a new art design.

Beer is good but recently had a t-shirt as a gift and trying to return it is a flipping nightmare!
The t-shirts are awful quality, cheap material, so not wanted but having spent ages trying to contact someone about returns (and repacking it and toddling off to a post office) no notification of receiving it, actually no contact whatsoever, and then it's returned to me in my own packing!? No idea what is going on so off to the post office again tomorrow to return it.
Have sent emails informing them of the return but terrible customer service.
Beer is good (if a bit pricey) but don't risk anything else.

I placed an order for Father’s Day, the set included 5 beers 4 beer matts some snacks and a glass. The set arrived very quickly and all was intact. My husband loved the set and confirmed the beers were ok. Great gift for starwars fans
