Item was damaged. Got initial contact asking for photos. Then nothing. This is not good CS.

I bought this for a present and it was perfect. The packaging is very good and everyone commented on the personalised letter that came with it.

This beer is expensive but its also tremendous! Great service and delivered on time!

Picked a selection and instead of 6 different beers they just gave me 4 different beers and added extra cans of the same beers

Its a combination of Star Wars and beer.
The can design was great and was signed by the artist. It would make a great poster.
Came with free coasters.

Bought a birthday gift box for my nephew. Good choices and value for money. Delivery was fast, reliable and safe. The parcel was not left but re-delivered at agreed date. Nephew very pleased with his present and loved the stormtrooper design of the beers and contents of the gift.

The cans I ordered were all dented even though they were supposed to be limited to 500, does not look like much care was taken with them, the packaging was very good, they were well protected so must have been sent out with the dents already in place, previous orders have arrived in good condition so don’t know what went wrong this time

Fantastic and speedy service as always, but it's the beer that is phenomenal. Limited Edition Propaganda is incredible. Second order of this superb beer.

The website is great, very easy to use and place orders. Great selection of products too, super fast delivery. If a beer is not in stock they will replace it with another one of their amazing beers. I missed out on the free vinyl bar runner but they sent me one anyway as a separate delivery. Absolutely amazing service. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Great service and delivery and excellent products

Ordered 2 boxes of beer specifically to try certain beers. They swapped them out for a lager claiming they were out of stock and they can provide a 'delicious ale' in its place. Only informed of this well after. Also promo items such as bar runners and rubber coasters were not sent. When I queried all this they claimed out of stock also. Expensive beers and they were only ok, sending a cheap lager instead of a stout. Also i spent enough to get the additional promo items. They made no attempts to resolve anything or resend items when they return. Claimed I had to purchase again to try the beers they swapped out.
Made attempts to return but ghosted completely after.

My brother introduced to StormTrooper Beer and I'm glad he did - it's tasty! I decided to gift him some cans in return for Christmas and opted to collect my order as the company are local. Upon collection I was greeted by a really friendly guy, Satnam, and got some nice StormTrooper drink mats thrown in too. Cheers!

Brilliant products. Delivery was quick and communication was good. Items were well made, good quality and worth the money

Product was good and as described. Delivery was awful and communication was poor. Didn’t arrive on the day stated and when it did arrive the courier dumped the parcel on top of my drive in full view of passer by’s and easily stealable, despite me being in. Was then sent an email to say it was delivered and I had signed for it! Would not buy again because of delivery issues.

Ordered item on 29 November 2024 and paid for 1-2 working day delivery. Despite their chosen courier (DHL) receiving the parcel on 02 December, there is no sign of the package. Tried over the course of two weeks to try and resolve it, and whilst the staff were friendly enough, nobody took ownership and tried to resolve the issue. I have asked for alternative solutions such as reshipping and they were not interested. After two weeks of pestering them via email with threats of contacting my bank, they reluctantly refunded me. Wouldn't use again.

Thay yoused DHL for delivery. We'll you mite as well given it to Santa to deliver it . Iv email this company to try and sort it out but no response so far iv ask for a refund .also thair phone number doesn't work to .I think this company as a lot of problems that need sorting out asap .I would not recommend them to any one .hence this . Shocking customer service the worst iv seen in a long time. Highly recommend you do not Youse this company.
