This is the third time I have used Brett Wilson and again have had a most positive experience.
Peter Stringfellow was endlessly kind and patient when my dog grazed a very vituperative postwoman which resulted in me being dragged to the police station for punishment.
Thanks to his excellent and calming advice my dog and I emerged from the bowels of the Wandsworth cop shop with a slap on the wrist.
It could have been much worse.
Also Max Campbell has also been brilliant in helping the rescue. Hedgehog Cabin deal with a terrifying bully/stalker. The bully has now gone to ground and the rescue can now continue their life-saving work in peace.

I contacted Brett Wilson today regarding an issue with my Bank. Left my contact details with them & they promised to call me back the next day as I phoned in after working hours. However, I was pleased to see that they called me back within an hour .

Professional and honest gave me specialised advice to deal with a matter.

I had a person in the UK libeling me, putting profiles of me up on other websites calling me a registered s/o, creating fake tweets of me saying things I never said, and the "experts" at BW couldn't find a way to bring this forward as a suit. This is as clearcut as defamation gets. Also, they made claims that I ran by other legal experts that simply aren't true.

I would certainly give no star if I could. I was referred to Vishalee Amin as an apparent insolvency expert by Max Campbell. Although it was a very simple matter, Vishalee was incapable of answering the most simple questions and had to get Max to step in every time. I am unsure if she really was inept or if Max was just a toxic mansplainer. Maybe a bit of both. I ended up paying for 2 solicitors. The quality of their work is substandard, full of mistakes and errors such as typos and referring to their male client as "she" and "Ms". I ended up having to proof read their drafts and then got charged for them reviewing their work which I corrected. Bonkers. When we parted ways, they contacted the other side's solicitor and gave away privileged and confidential information. Avoid at all costs and get a personal referral if possible.

After being in such a position in life where the Police injustice stories were reality for me, first time in my life, I had a privilege to speak to Nick Brett about my problem. Nick being an experienced professional and one of the best in his field, clearly understood my issue and decided to call me. The call was reassuring and after providing the relevant documentation, he provided a detailed, honest and straightforward advice. While in this situation, I spoke to many a solicitors, but I can honestly, hand on heart say, Nick is a genuine and kind human being, with the best interest of his client at the core of what he does. It is impossible to find solicitors like him. I wish him and his firm all the very best.

I found Brett Wilson while searching for a firm to represent us in a negligence claim and we were so lucky that it was Vishalee that responded to my enquiry. I hired Bret Wilson at the worst possible time of my life. I was dealing with a heart breaking divorce back in Oct 2020 and I was very low at the time. I was calling different companies as I was dealing with the court hearings on my own via Zoom video calls.

Iain Wilson and Adham Harker handled a lawsuit for me that was unpleasant and sensitive in nature, and they did their absolute best to set me at ease at every turn. During phone calls where I had to recount very difficult events in my life, they were respectful and considerate. They were very communicative when I had questions and always updated me in a timely manner when there were developments in my case. In the end, they secured a settlement for me. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Review:
I had a terrible experience with Brett Wilson Solicitor when I made a complaint about the bar staff, bar conditions, and toilets at Warren in Bromley. Instead of addressing my concerns, I received a generic letter that didn't even acknowledge my complaint to Warren. Brett Wilson did not work in their favour failed to check the facts, and didn't address the situation properly. I strongly advise avoiding this solicitor.

I have worked with Brett Wilson on several matters. The main two people I have dealt with were Nick Brett and Max Campbell. I am very happy to say that both did a fantastic job for my businesses. Each matter was resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner. They are both very professional and knowledgeable in their fields. They are also conscientious of costs and ensure they work within your budget. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

We were having a tough time with some accusations of defamation after leaving a simple, truthful 1-star review of a builder we used. Adham at Brett Wilson gave us a very clear and thorough overview of the issues and how to proceed. His considered approach was very much appreciated and gave us great confidence in dealing with this situation.

I researched countless solicitors offering services for a request to Google / Bing under “Right to be Forgotten”. After first contact with Brett Wilson I knew they would be best placed to assist me.

I call was arranged with Adham, who was knowledgeable, and did not promise the world. Adham and Percy explained the process and timescales to me in detail and answered all questions I had with detailed real-world examples of what they had seen and worked on before.

They worked on detailed submissions to Google & Bing for me and sent over all draft copies as these were been completed for approval. Adham & Percy then submitted these to Google first and within days the negative search results were gone (they even informed me out of hours of the successful removal). Secondly a Bing submission, this was a little harder – but two weeks later the results from the search engine were gone. This is because the submission was accepted however the results still appeared. The team were persistence in chasing Bing for the removal and kept me informed sometimes daily.

I cannot even explain in words how this work has changed mine and my family’s life by these results not appearing on the web.
