You should coach your sales managers for better communication
Please look at the response I received from a manager at this company!!! I have never seen anything like this in my entire career as a Sales Director. I received many emails following my order, most of them in German. I selected payment at the time of ordering (I probably made a mistake given how our exchanges unfolded, but isn’t making mistakes only human?). I wrote several times and, after multiple follow-ups, I repeatedly tried to obtain a link or some way to pay as quickly as possible since my order was pending payment. I offered to pay by credit card or by instant SEPA transfer… but after a few exchanges, this person replied with this!!!!
As a result, I ordered elsewhere and even found the same product at a lower price. In any case, I don’t understand how a sales manager can simply cancel the order of a prospect who is trying to complete a purchase as quickly as possible because he is going skiing and needs snowboard boots. Good luck to this company, which should better train its sales managers.I have all emails if you need.
Total disappointment
Total disappointment. I placed an order for Jones bindings that were marked as "Available, delivery time 4-5 working days" leaving what should have been plenty of time for delivery before my trip. It turns out the shop doesn't actually have the items. They are essentially drop-shipping: waiting for the product to arrive at their warehouse before forwarding it to the customer.
Communication is also poor: customer service referred to my bindings as a "board" suggesting they aren't even looking closely at my order. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere
Good service and communication…
In December 2022 I purchase a Starboard carbon SUP paddle from Brettsport. Unfortunately the paddle broke after 8 months.
I contacted Brettsport, who responded immediately and with whom I have been in good dialogue until the matter was resolved.
We have many Starboard products in the family because we have been super satisfied with the quality.
Brettsport and Starboard has now sent me a new paddle to replace the one that broke. That tells me that Starboard stands behind their products, and that's why Starboard is still the family's favorite brand
