APP che non funziona
Applicazione che non funziona (non si collega a nessun metodo di pagamento bloccandosi) e assistenza altrettanto inefficiente (mandano mail di spiegazioni che non cambiano la situazione). Vorrà dire che non si comprerà più nulla sui loro distributori.

Secuestran tu dinero
Breasy es una app para comprar café en maquinas vending. Para usarla tienes que descargar la app y recargar el monedero con tu dinero. Hasta aquí bien.
El problema viene cuando quieres recuperar tu dinero de la app: No hay opción. En toda la app no existe la opción de devolución de TU DINERO. Lo tienen secuestrado. No hay manera de sacarlo.
He mandado incontables emails a atención al cliente y no contestan, o si lo hacen, contestan echando balones fuera. Nadie ha solucionado el problema y siguen teniendo mi dinero y no puedo recuperarlo.
La app debería tener esa opción.
Así que no aconsejo para nada está empresa. Mala atención al cliente y mala gestión de su app.
