Steve 40 turned up and after taking his obligatory photos set to fixing the problem, He was polite and friendly and efficent. Quality and Quick. Resolved the problem within 10 mins, I wish some of my emloyees were that focused! Big up for Steve many thanks young man goes to the top of my Xmas card list!

Incredible service - picked us up from a dangerous spot and brought us home. Top job!

Appalling service from the RAC took five days to recover my car. Impossible to get through to them on the phone failed to turn up and then told me I was wrong and they had turned up.

Can’t even make a formal complaint and when I tried to cancel my contract they want to charge me for the pick up that took them five days and they want to charge an administration fee of 80pounds! Do not use the RAC. I have never experienced such a dreadful level of service.

Brilliant service on a cold Jan evening with my new car grounded on a car park curb & the front valance hanging half off!
My call for help was met with calm reassurance of help within 30 to 40 mins.
Keith was a star. Experienced, calm & down to earth.
He soon had the car jacked up & the valance secured with an impressive cable tie that got me home.
Charges very reasonable. Very grateful & cannot recommend highly enough

I used Breakdown Recovery Ltd on two occasions. They were able to accommodate the times I needed on both occasions. Drivers were Tony and Jamie, they both arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Paul was fantastic and within 30 minutes confirmed he could have a recovery truck pick up my car which had been left for two months. It was impossible for me to be there but were so accommodating and carried it out on their own. Cars were parked in behind it but they still managed to get it on the truck and it was delivered safely home to my driveway that day. Paul kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was also really surprised by the cost which was amazing. I would 100% recommend and use them if I ever needed to again.
