I would like to give zero stars if I could - I ordered a product and received the wrong instructions, when I made contact by email to ask for the correct one, the response I received was that it was correct, I sent a further email because this was not correct and I was called a PIECE OF S**T and told not to purchase any more products from them in the future. The email came from a person called Mauricio Vega. I was also accused of trying to get a free product! all I wanted was some instructions. RUDE ARROGANT AND EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered a set price of Brazilian Inoar Hair Products for £45.00 (via ebay) which should of come as: 1 100 ml shampoo, 2 Bottles 100 ml Inoar Treatment. In the box there was 1ml Bottle of Shampoo / 1ml Bottle Inoar Treatment which they do sell for £29.00 via ebay. I wrote to the company unfortunately I didn't open the box right away and they accused me of using 1 bottle of the treatment hence in their words "that I used the item and then wanted a free extra bottle". All I wanted back was what I paid for. He Mr Mauricio Vega stated that they weren't a charity???? What??? Neither am I. All anyone would want was what they paid for. Buyers beware for in this instance they would still accuse you even if the item was just received. Get your warehouse packing department straight and this wouldn't keep happening. Companies like you ruin it for people like ourselves to buy on line via ebay. No Charity case here. You keep doing this to everyone well you would make money hand over fist. My mistake was to order from a disloyal company in the first place...
