This is a great company to deal with
This is a great company to deal with. I had a parcel go missing and the item was resent without any quibble. Their carriage charges are very reasonable and delivery times are very good. The other thing is they have a really extensive and comprehensive stock list at very competitive prices. I will continue to buy my brewing equipment and ingredients from Braumarkt

I didn't received the package
I didn't received the package, I ordered it the 1st of april, Braumarkr sent it to me the 11th pf may and DHL didn't delivered it to me, they didn't ring the bell.
The DHL claim number is 19023379, and I don't know when will I received it.
I asked brauwmarkt to give me the money back and their answer was:

Unfortunately, your package has not yet been returned, we have already started an investigation for this at DHL after your first report.
We also regret this service from DHL.
An order is ready to be sent to you immediately.
Unfortunately there are no more Brauchallenge packages available to send you a new one in advance, otherwise we would have done this of course.
As soon as the package is returned, you will receive a message with T&T to track the package.
Know that we will be flexible with you to extend the deadline for submitting your beer.
So that you have enough time to create and perfect your recipe.
We want to ensure that every participant has a fair chance to showcase their skills and creativity in the challenge.
For additional information:
You must follow the recipe on the package, but you may add 1 extra ingredient, which you should state on the return label.
The return labels will be sent to you by email at the end of May.
Sorry for this confusion.
