Expensive but exquisite!

Good choice of my favourite shoes!
Happy to find decent choices of my favourite brands at reasonable prices. Only down side is they took over a week to arrive. The website indicated they would be at your door in 2-3 working days and could be tracked. I ordered on a Sunday & the tracking number wouldn't work until the following Saturday when I found they'd only just been shipped to me (by then I was worried they'd been lost). If this is the norm then the blurb should indicate it's 2-3 days from despatch which can take up to a week.
Despite this I wouldn't hesitate to order again as I'm very pleased with the shoes and would be happy to wait for the delivery.

Merrel Sizing Problem
I'm a GB size 9 so I ordered Euro size 43 as I normally do but when the shoes arrived they were GB size 8 1/2. I can't fault Brandosa for this as it appears to be a peculiarity with Merrel shoe sizing.The shoes took 4 working days to arrive not the 2-3 as advertised but they did come from Denmark.Returning them was no problem and I received a full refund within the time period stated.

Good items, customer service could have been better
Item was dispatched after a few days (was expecting next day, to be honest), and I was never sent a confirmation email to confirm it was dispatched until I queried it. Product arrived in good time once dispatched and was well packaged, undamaged.

Ordered two pairs of Skechers as they are hard to come by in the style I like. Delivery was really quick and I'm really pleased with the shoes. Five stars!

Pointless price match promise!
I contacted customer services as I found the exact same pair of shoes for £46 cheaper.
They came back and said they wouldn't honour the price match as the other outlet were selling them below the RRP and therefore this was a sale item! I asked them when the price match would ever kick in if that was the case and they said... if you find an item for the RRP and its cheaper than what you paid for it at Brandosa then they will refund you the difference... basically they have to sell something above the RRP for you to use the price match promise!!!
Complete joke. Sending the shoes back at their expense! Waste of my time having to do it though.

I am sorry to hear that your price match was not approved, unfortunately we do have to follow the terms and conditions that are set.
Basically, the price in the other shop must be the full retail price and not a temporary sale price, campaign price, or similar.

Still waiting
Today is march 12th I placed my order february 24th, but I have still not received my shoes. This seems to be because of the delivery company (parcel force) which despite emails, phone calls and instructions on have to get through our gate still -when I use the track and trace online- tells me that I was not in. Which I was on all occasions! Last summer I Got my weeding shoes from the danish branch ( brandos) and everything was fine, and I have no reason to think brandosa did anything wrong except choose a bad delivery service, but it does kind of ruin the experince when you do not receive the shoes you ordered. :(
