Ordered Asevi Fabric Softener via Amazon UK, first bottle had a damaged top but still sealed so no big deal, just got a second bottle which is out of date. I didn't know fabric softener had a sell by date but apparently it affects the quality and effectiveness of the product. I've checked the price on the supplier website which, coincidentally is 10 minutes from my home and the product is £3 cheaper than Amazon are charging. Not good enough.

truly disgusting to deal with. they deliberately send out the wrong item as what there advertising is totally different from what is received. upon informing they simply refused to collect the item or provide a returns label. they basically break online trading laws and do as they please. they should be ashamed . had to open a credit card dispute as I have proof from there own page of the item bought and photos of what was received.

a dishonest company selling old stock goods and when you complain its clear there accustomed to fobbing the customer off. its without doubt a regular issue they have and its not about the cost of items, its the principle of there misleading product details and image
I'm going to report them to trading standards as I'm in no doubt this a common practice they perform

Well first and foremost Jeffrey is fantastic at sorting any problem out , love this company very polite and courteous when you speak to them , they are on the ball , it's a pity evri let them down with deliveries( I live in the scottish highlands) but saying that they arrive eventually,I would not hesitate in recommending branded household to any one , 5 stars is not enough this is my 3rd order from them ,,,,,,perfect

I am still waiting for a delivery of bold lavender and camomile pods it says that they have been delivered but they haven’t to my address I don’t know where they were delivered to but not here can you please sort this out I have been trying to contact you to tell you .

My order was delivered promptly and with regular shipping updates. The items were received in good condition and packaged very well. I had some great buys with very competitive prices. Delivery guy was courteous and placed my heavy box indoors, which was a great help.
