There is a company Brainiarc Puzzles and they seem to deploy the same tactics as this lot. I took some magazines on trial almost two years ago. I decided to discontinue after the first issues, but they have been raiding my bank account ever since. The next step for me is legal action. Too much of a coincidence for two separate companies not to be linked. I don;t know how they are getting away with it. Blatant chancers

I later received the projector, but the drone was not sent, At least something came back from my money after 6 months of transactions

I also bought a year and a half ago, they didn't send the product and they ignored my emails. If anyone knows how I can get it back or if there's a solution for it I would love to know.

I ordered over $300 of projectors and have not received anything or heard back from them.

I would like to give a 0 star review but it won't go through on this site. DO NOT ORDER WITH BRAINIACS they will take your money and not send you anything. They are a scam, be ware!

NEVER order from Brainiacs, its a scam

Order 48543 of March 2018 was never delivered. Several follow up emails and no response, Shameless company, I am receiving promotion emails almost every day but no response to my follow up. Will not hesitate to sue this company the moment I get a proper info and assistance.

Same as every others. Paid and never received. Avoid.

Ordered a LUX iPhone 7 rechargeable phone case.
When it finally arrived it was for iPhone 4...
Four emails later, no response from them!!!

Just like almost all the other reviews I ordered a Bluetooth speaker back in February 2018, still have not received my product. I received one confirmation with a order #. When I reply my E-mails come back undeliverable, this is truly a Scam. how do we fix this and hold these crooks accountable.

We ordered 6 months ago 3 overhead projector and never received delivery.
Amount was paid immediatly but delivery never happened.

This is way Brainiacs are abusing customers.

Really bad communication and cashing money but not delivering which is a theft !

I purchased a backpack as a gift from their site. Everything was great (i.e. the website, the payment site, the delivery, the product) until the recipient decided the backpack was too small for his needs.

Brainiacs customer service replied immediately with a return form and instructions. However, the item was to be returned to a China address (the website lists only a U.S.A. address) and needed to be tracked.

I complied with all the instructions except the tracking. It would cost a little over $80 CDN to track the package for which I already had paid $99.95 CDN (74.99 USD). My mistake was to trust the postal service and Brainiacs by paying $22.27 for regular postage. It was to take 5 -6 weeks to ship. I notified Brainiacs customer service of what I had done.

It's now been 11 weeks. I have emailed them repeatedly to see when I can expect my refund, but have not had a response from them - and no refund.

Besides being angry about not receiving my refund, I am angry that , as I was told by an employee at the post office - most people in my situation would just keep the product. Why should that be the case??

DISGUSTING!!!! I ordered 2 items off here in December 2017 and they both arrived smashed and unusable. I then sent several emails throughout January and March to get them replaced and the person who replied was useless, could not understand what my complaint was and constantly referred to me as Tania or even worse "persons emailing us" even though I had corrected her 7 times in emails. They then promised to re send the items, which I have in an email and yet they never turned up. They are a disgrace, don't use them and anyone who works for them is fraudulent and a lier

Scam. Also, Fb and Instagram should be responsabilized in some way, as that's where people hear about these scammers.

Terrible to deal with cancelled the order on the same day that when I found out more about these bunch of thieves NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK BE AWARE.

I ordered 2 products online in January. It is now 3 months later and they have still not turned up. The online tracking number they provided doesnt work, and customer service ignore all emails so I can't get a refund. It is complete and literal robbery. Do not go near this company.

They stole my money.

Definitely a scam. Spent nearly $300 with these guys and nothing has been delivered after eight weeks. I've also attempted to make contact multiple times (like others here) and never heard anything back. dodgy.

I wish there was an evaluation that is sub zero to rank these scammers. They are an absolute ripoff. I cancelled my order and they committed to refund within 10 working days which till date they couldn’t honor. Whatever it is, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!! They have only one email address which they are not answering anymore. Stay as far away as possible from this website. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!
