Great and Fast Service. Harry and her team are fantastic - friendly, reliable, and extremely well priced for the quality of work. Wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommend it.

This company will quote you one thing over the phone and charge you much much more when they get there. They write their own reviews on this site and others. Beware of this company - do not trust any quote not in writing.

Terrible communication & overcharging for a terrible result. Was quoted a price over the phone and then again when the man arrived. I explicitly told him I would review the carpets & couches once he’d done the regular clean and BEFORE he did the deep clean. He went ahead and completed the “deep clean” anyway, not even removing the stains I had hired him to remove anyway. WAY over priced, paid just over $500 for 2 couches and 2 rooms with very poor results.

I had the carpet in 2 small rooms and 3 curtain cleaned as a moving clean. The apartment was in good condition and very clean prior. Afterwards there was rubbish on the floor left by the cleaners.
I was charged almost $1000 - several hundred dollars more than quoted without explanation. I was told that someone would call me back and explain if I paid the money. I never got a call back.
I have called this business 8 times trying to get an explanation and a receipt without action. I have also emailed several times without response.

Really disappointed with this service. They don’t deliver the type of carpet cleaning they promote on their website. Had 2 rooms and 2 rugs cleaned in Brisbane. The rugs were wet for 2 days even with fans on them the whole time. Didn’t come up great despite paying extra for a deep clean on the rugs. There was no pre vacuuming or spraying, and no deodorising. He didn’t clean up afterwards - left water all over the tiled floors which leaked as he removed his machine. No truck mounted machine and only used our hot water which isn’t very hot.
I wasn’t expecting miracles but was hoping for a professional cleaning service who delivered what they advertised. I would not recommend this company in Brisbane.

charged an unreasonably high price for carpet cleaning. One small room for $440. The job took less than half an hour.
When I looked back later the website has false reviews by people like Donald Trump and Don Bradman.

The cleaning they have done on my carpet is very tremendous. My carpet was filled with stubborn stains, but the professional cleaning of their technicians did wonders.
