Great Experience, quality product, professional service and the final result finishes the truck off nicely.

Awful customer service. Product arrived damaged. 6 months later still acting for replacement parts. Obvious they have no intention of replacing damaged items. Would not use again.

Quick and easy to work with . Not my first time dealing with bragan and perfect fit again.

Disgraceful customer service, treat you like your a qualified mechanic, item instructions none, directed to a Dropbox website that shows just pictures of previous fitment of their products, still no verbal or written instruction, most companies do a YouTube video to give help and advise and instructions on "how to" fit or place your item on your vehicle this shabby lot left me fuming I wish I could write a lot of expletives to ram home how angry I am.

The experience has been terrible. I ordered more than 2000€ accessories for me VW Amarok and before completing the order i sent two email asking if the rollbar and the tonneau cover i had chosen were compatible. They confirmed they were. When i received the material and try to assemble i sent various pictures showing that they were not compatible. All I received in answer was my same picture with an arrow saying that i was supposed to cut the metal bar in that point to make the pieces to fit. They took no responsability.
So at the end i had to spend 400€ to have the metal pieces redone by a local artisan. When i wrote on dec 29th, 2021 to Bragan to explain the whole situation they didn't have the courtesy to reply. So disappointing.

Bought side steps through bts trading, poor quality parts that did not fit correctly and shocking customer service, would not recommend to anyone

Got my bars and rails for my vw caddy in 2017 due to the life time warranty advertised and also being recon and on a vw caddy forum, Roll on 2021 I ask if one of the end caps could be replaced under warranty as this has came off due to being but the reply was as follows

“ Unfortunately, this is not part of the lifetime warranty as this may have been caused by external factors such as being accidentally hit by another object, etc.”

So I can’t imagine anything will ever be covered under warranty I don’t know what could hit the side of my roof bars and not my van causing damage at least they have sent a few links to tel me different caps to buy but not the exact one as there is 2..

Also had a look at the reviews on here so I can’t wait to see my response but I have been polite with both my emails and not responded to the email stating it would not be covered due to the trust pilot replies I can’t be bothered with ping pong emails..

Products fine at first but after a few years they don’t last which is why i will just be removing the lot and buying another brand…

Hello, I purchased a set of roof bars for my 2017 ford Kuga.

They arrived 07/10/21 with no instructions, the 8 special threaded screws that attach the bars to the car were also missing. As I was opening the bags I noticed the two rear caps were damaged.

Much messages back and forth including many photos and it sounded like I was back on track with the screws and replacement rear caps on route. I also received a pdf with the instructions the day I asked.

The replacement items arrived over the weekend 23/10/21. The rear caps are perfect. The bag of screws included 4x longer 4x shorter. (the instructions all show 8x longer screws)

I attempted to fit one side today and then realized the smaller screws are too short and don't bite, I tried them in all locations. So I just used the longer and secured one side.

When fitted the bar seems good quality and pretty sturdy for the price. The bar is not the same distance from the roof in all places. This doesn't seem like an issue but is worth noting. (I've tried both bars on the side that's fitted just to be sure).

With the exception of today, they have been good at answering messages although the issue seems to be a disconnection from the support team and the warehouse.

The same type of screw seems impossible to find locally. Hopefully, this is resolved soon so I can attach the other side.

Edit: my last messages have not been answered. Yesterday I spent more money in the hardware store to try and get the other side installed. Very disappointed in Bragan.net wish I read more reviews before purchasing. I have an earlier email offering a partial refund that has just been forgotten about or ignored.

Edit: still no reply to my emails I have contacted them via Instagram with no luck as of yet. Please avoid this company if you want any kind of aftercare.

Edit: its been another week after I was informed this issue would be resolved and nothing. All I need is 4 screws. Really consider avoiding this company.

Edit: it's been another week and they sent out more screws. Although these look different they seem to work. I will be keeping these bars and update acrodingly.

Ordered some foot boards for my mokka 23rd sept, waited 10 days only to find out there sister company courier service had lost them. Due to having no more in stock I asked for a refund. . It took several emails to finally get my refund after 15 days of asking...

Customer service is shocking. Needed a replacement part for a roof rack and a little bit of help, really not interested in helping and response was try your local hardware store. When phoning their response was email and we will look into it, then ignored the email. Would not recommend purely due to the lack of customer service.

Really I think you have just shown your customers how unprofessional your customer service is when you reply like this. There has been nothing abusive in any of my emails or telephone calls. Just asked for some advice.
Good customer service would of acted very different. Interesting to read other reviews on this site about poor customer service so guess it’s Bragan that are the issue not me.

Oh I did not damage anything, the bolts I was looking to replace had worn so either through wear and tear or not being great in the first place.

I have read all of your responses to negative reviews, all of which are very disrespectful. Maybe you just need a different approach to your customer service.

Rear corner bars. Brackets sheared within 5 days of use. Poor customer service. Excuses not to issue refund changed day to day. Fought refund with no help from them. Was only issued due to eBay intervention. Poor product. No customer service. Stay away

Customer service is awful, have been sent the wrong item and can not get a response. Can imagine is if going to take a while to get the correct item, not worth the hassle would have been better buying it somewhere local.

*** two weeks after ordering still no further forward, extremely hard to get any email responses back. Buy elsewhere and save yourself a few weeks and incorrect items!

Ordered some side steps for my touareg they arrived with speedy deliver - unfortunately due to a chasis change in the 21.5 model they wouldn't fit - I contacted the company and they arranged a courier pickup and fully refunded my money - I would have no hesitation in using Bragan.net again.

Absolutely great experience, purchased A bar for 2015 shogun, advice was great, product quality is great, looks great, only problem was with delivery company, but that wasn’t major, altogether 5 star ⭐️ service

Purchased roof barrs 3 years ago.looked great when fitted.But the plastic ends kept coming off.now all barrs are rusty.paint has come off
Now looks a mess.mot good for a company.in which says they are good quality.

I was bribed with a 10% refund in order for a good review. However I’m an honest person and wanted to leave my honest review. My delivery was very late, and the finish on the quality of my parts was appalling. The customer service I received was dreadful and would recommend to shop elsewhere if you can. Also I wonder how many other reviews took the bribe ….

What a superb company to deal with, the product arrived with slight damage due to a courier fault. I contact straight away and their service was the best iv experienced,within a matter of a few hours and a few emails it was all sorted brilliant... Gladly use them again..
