Bought through eBay seller cancelled for no reason, no contact never again poor customer service and terrible company.

Sent Wrong brackets and would not accept my return, ask me to sell it and buy another one.

I installed 2 roof racks to my Fiat Doblo. They look great and will do the job. I'm not a mechanic-type, but using the really basic instructions, extra time and thought, they are in place. All tools and extra parts are provided. I'm even looking into adding a third bar.

These roof rails for the Discovery Sport are excellent. Easy to fit with the aid of YouTube and smart but barely noticeable. Well worth the money. And their customer care was very helpful.

I ordered roof bars and after ordering I noticed that the guarantee is only valid if a vehicle engineer installs and fitting instructions emailed separately.I received the roof bars and booked my car into a garage to fit, the garage called me 15 mins after leaving and said when opening package they were damaged and sent me photos. I sent a direct email to Bragan and got a response however not very helpful , after returning them at my expense , I was told they didn’t receive them , well I had recorded delivery and date / time . After stating I had recorded delivery I was told they were short staffed and would get back to me , well a week later no email and no refund and throughout no name just a very short email each time . Not good customer service and if someone doesn’t want to give their name , even first name then a company to avoid .
Thanks for your reply Bragan 29/03/23 and I have all the emails sent to you with the limited response , (not really wanting to take back faulty goods ) however don’t worry eBay paid me after showing them the pictures , recorded delivery note and your not really wanting to know response !

Very happy with everything ordered a visor bar got it all fitted and wired up working perfectly had a small issue with some lights not working but resolved fast with new lights sent out free of charge very pleased and happy

Ordered rear tailgate T-Step, arrived poorly packaged and being heavy resulted in everything be scratched against each other inside the box so not a good start. Next there are 3 different types of bolts and no instructions just a print showing one fitted but not the bolts, ask customer service for installation instructions and they email dropbox link showing whats included but not goes where, contact them and told it’s easy we sell loads, but not answering my question. Then told get a mechanic they will know, so showed mechanic and he said where’s the instructions, I said there are none, he said send it back it looks like a cheap Chinese import. I will not be using this company ever again. Read all the other reviews I wish I had.

I wish I had done a little more research on this company before I ordered. What a useless customer service department they have. This is before we talk about the inferior products they sell. I bought 4 wheel trims from them at nearly £300. The item shown on their website says download installation instructions. After several calls to be ignored I was told to send an email and they would be provided. They forgot to send them with the delivery. A week later I get a response from my email saying there aren’t any instructions. I’m a technical guy but had no idea whatsoever how these items fitted. So by spending hours of trial and error I finally had them fitted. The items looked badly made with sharp edges to the inside. But on the outside they looked good. Fast forward 3 weeks of using them and they start to rattle. I took them off to investigate and the flimsy piece of coat hanger wire which holds them on at 62mph has snapped off. I once again sent an email informing them of the issue. They said please send photos. To which I did. They responded 2 times in 3 weeks saying we are trying to source the spare part. I guess it was inevitable it came flying off the wheel whilst driving down the A1. Since then I have been hounding them and keep getting fobbed off. I will never use their products ever again. I wish I had paid a few extra quid and gone for a quality brand like Parma who get great reviews. I have now purchased a new set from them which leaves me 3 useless trims and £300 out of pocket. You are an absolute embarrassment of a company.

Great company to deal with, total transparency from start to finish. The product I ordered was easy to fit & looks great on my vehicle, also a lovely touch with the air freshener.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with on ebay, avoid at all costs, they sucker you in with cheap prices and then just take your money and don't care after that. jUST PAY THAT LITTLE BIT MORE AND USE A COMPANY THAT HAS A PROPER SET UP. Ebay should not let them sell on their site, its disgraceful.

Ordered and paid for next day despatch on items. 2 weeks later still not received and all I get back from them is the courier is trying to locate. No phone calls everything via email. No apologies and STILL waiting on refund. Avoid at all costs
