|Long lead time for delivery due to covid-19 issues
Delivery was rather slow (2 weeks) and had trouble getting any information as to timescales. But staff were obviously under pressure because of covid-19 issues - huge increase in deliveries requested and the usual difficulty or working within the restrictions of social distancing etc. But when eventually I got a delivery slot, the delivery went smoothly and goods purchased were fine.

Bradford's delivered 2 orders to us in May and both times were just superb! The ordering process was slick, telephone confirmation followed after a web order and the expectations were set really well.
Shane is great to deal with at the Penzance store and both drivers were extremely friendly, observing the Covid 19 social distancing perfectly. We will be getting all future orders from them and thoroughly recommend them
