Filled out click and collect online. Told I’d receive a confirmation email - got nothing so went in next day. Then told to go pick it up as usual and come back. Wasted a day.

Ordered and paid for items on line for…
Ordered and paid for items on line for collection. Received acknowledgment and order number. Later the same day went to collect from Penzance store. No record of the transaction received on their system. Staff spent some time trying to resolve the problem, but failed to do so. I had proof on my mobile so was able to collect goods. System failure somewhere but staff very good and helpful.

Would have been a five only slight niggle was I had to ring to find out what had happened to our order as we had no contact for two weeks after order. Other than that great 👍🏻

|Long lead time for delivery due to covid-19 issues
Delivery was rather slow (2 weeks) and had trouble getting any information as to timescales. But staff were obviously under pressure because of covid-19 issues - huge increase in deliveries requested and the usual difficulty or working within the restrictions of social distancing etc. But when eventually I got a delivery slot, the delivery went smoothly and goods purchased were fine.
