When the item is expensive, do you have to tack on another $20. The items are always very nice, but the extra money is high.

I have asked the Bradford Exchange to cancel any subscription. I just wanted to order 1 NY Knicks Championship Coin for my daughters birthday. I do not want to be apart of any random orders or any Subscription. I sent 2 emails today early but, l still have not received a reply it's 7:05 p.m now? Please advise

AVOID this trap
I added a coin to my cart, didn't check out. All the sudden three weeks later i see a charge on my Amex. Come to find out, its from Bradford. The coin processed. Then i go to log into the account. Account behaves as it never existed. Then I go to create the account to see if anything shows. sure enough nothing in my history. I call and ask them to cancel it right away that i didnt authorize it and I was told they could. It would ship to me, then I would have to return it for a refund. This was seconds after the order processed, so it didnt even leave their facility. Regardless. I made sure to let them know I want no other charges, memberships, etc... they promised I wouldnt be charged again. 15 days later, I am charged again.
