Love seeing all of these amazing items. Was super easy to purchase and check out. The only reason your fot 4 stars is i would like to know then the other items will come out when you buy a set that you collect 1 by 1.

My perception of this whole outfit now is that I will receive an item that will be of inferior quality to what is pictured!

The parcel arrived much sooner than expected. That is great as it is a graduation present for our grandaughter and we will be able to give it to her at graduation rather than later.

I’m a bit confused regarding the ‘COLLECTION’ descriptor in each item choice; henceforth, I had to remove the above-mentioned items for financial reasons, and await further items to complete my existing collection(s)

I ordered a coin I have been paying for coins because apparently it is a collection. I have not received coins that I have been charged for. I asked for a reveral you refuse. I asked for my order to be cancelled - not done. Your advertising is misleading and unfair to a consumer who has ordered products from you in the past without being victimized

My daughter ordered a birthstone bracelet for me for Mother's Day, I received it in June and we could not see the names of my family and hardly the stones.. I want to exchange it for another one, while on the phone with customer service they said I could not exchange it I had to return it then re-order which again will take up to 4 weeks... yet the refund card you fill out asks if you would like a different item.. when I said that the guy insisted it was wrong and I had to return then reorder which is ridiculous!

I would give them less then 0 if i could .I end up having to block bradford exchange from our account for attempting unauthorized payments and they billed me for items i returned then put in collections. The collection agency wasnt much better then them, The items were returned and they still wanted money. This happened in 2023 but it wont allow me to post it that year

The Bradford Exchange is always easy to process an order and shipping is when they say it will be.

We love the quality of your rings

I think charging shipping costs for each individual item is ridiculous! It should be just one flat shipping cost for all products together...even better, offer free shipping with a certain total purchased.
