It was 5 stars when I first bought it
It was 5 stars when I first bought it. The second brace seemed to be made of inferior material and it bent in the back so i purchased another that broke in the back and I fixed it. I purchased 2 more and my wife contacted them. The same thing is happening to my new brace so she sent them a letter and then pictures and no one has answered us

Almost a great product for me
The BraceLab product for thumb basal joint arthritis was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon, and I thought it looked like a very well designed and well manufactured product. Unfortunately, it turned out I am right at the boundary between two sizes for the device, and neither size fits me well, not the fault of BraceLab. Otherwise, it might have been an excellent remedy for my thumb troubles

I am not thrilled with the fit of this brace. It digs into the base of my thumb and actually causes more pain. The material is too hard.

The instructions for measuring to order the correct size were clear. It arrived on time and the instructions for applying it were clear as were the instructions for cleaning it. It keeps the thumb joint protected but allows enough movement to permit activities of daily living. It's really well designed.
