Great service
I met Spencer and the team at BQ Watches in June 2025. I was so impressed with the facilities at Radlett & the enthusiasm of the team that I sent in my Rolex Daytona for a clean and service. Exceptional Experience at BQ Watches
My experience with BQ Watches was outstanding, especially thanks to his owner, Spencer Dryer. I visited their offices in Radlett, and what looks unassuming from the outside reveals an incredibly impressive operation inside, combining buying and selling, expert watch authentication, professional photography, and secure vault storage.
The moment I saw their setup, I felt completely reassured about the security of my transaction. Spencer was genuinely personable, and his team highly professional. I would not have purchased a Rolex anywhere else on the secondary market.
For extra peace of mind, I immediately had the watch visually inspected by an independent watchmaker, who confirmed there were absolutely no issues with it.
Flexible on pricing and exceptional in service, this is a place I will gladly return to, even for future servicing. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxury watch, new or pre-owned.

Excellent service

Rolex Day Date
I purchased a Rolex Day Date which arrived the next day. Unfortunately it wasn’t quite right for me personally so I returned it. BQ couldn’t have been more understanding about it and arranged for its collection at no cost to me and issued a refund immediately. Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Rolex bracelet resize, received exceptional service from Emma & Justin and now my watch fit perfectly on my wrist, even though it was only a resize of my watch bracelet i felt any other query i might have had would have been dealt with in a very professional manner, for me the service at BQ watches is a 10/10.

First dealings with BQW.
First visit and dealings with BQW.
I was initially quoted a price for my PX, but it was found to have a chip in the glass. This was a genuine floor that is going to need sorting before they can resell so appreciated what was needed.
BQW suggested a reduction of the PX which I have to say was more than reasonable in my view. They would have been happy for me to walk away but in context of the whole deal this was a more than fair compromise.
I spoke to a couple of people on the phone prior to the purchase, all pleasant, and Ben at the HQ was more than easy to deal with. It’s a great setup and a more personal experience with BQW.
