A very nice and easy experience. Had no difficulty at all when using the app, it has a sleek and easy to follow layout and if there's anything you're unsure about it explains everything you'd need to know. Had a very minor issue occur in which I contacted support and it was solved very quickly and efficiently, the support team were amazing and helped out much faster than any other application would. Overall both the app itself and its customer service were great! 10/10 I recommended using BOYLEsport

People play even with bad reviews but ive played for 20 years and im telling you to avoid this casino, that 3.6 rating is lies. This and betfred the 2 worst casinos ive ever played. I made accounts with these as I timed out of mr q which id never do again as mr q gave me proper plays. Not always big wins but wins to keep playing without chucking money at them, well boyle sports took 40x deposits off me and didnt give me 1 single feature. The games lag and the site over all is just awful. 7 days playing here and every deposit was gone within 5 minutes. I played the same game everytime rainbow riches pick n mix and its impossible to not hit a feature after all them deposits. Mr q have me pot and or free spins every second deposit at least. 40x deposits in total and nothjng. Ive closed my account permanent. Thank gosh my site re opens today. Lost another good customer and hopefully many more when I share you on my large tick tock platform every single day as a scam site. Aint not regulations so don't even say it. Boyle sports customer service policy states a query will receive a response within 24 hrs, i contacted them on three seperate occasions over four days in march, it is now mid june and have never received a response, i closed my account at the third attempt at contact, very poor.

Deposited £10 to bet on a long shot in the World Cup most assists market they had. It was suspended for hours which already is pretty poor for the biggest event of the year. Eventually gave up and withdrew. Then they sent me this over the top email refusing to give the tenner back until sending them all the below. Incredibly over the top and not in line with UKGC guidance

“Upload a copy of your Passport (picture page) showing the 4 corners/edges.
• Take a selfie and complete a liveness check where your face is clearly shown.
• Upload a proof of address (such as a utility bill), not older than 3 months, showing the 4 corners/edges.
•Upload the front and back of your debit card”

EDIT: Somehow they have proven to be even more incompetent. I provided all of the above. The Chase card I used does not have any details on the front or back as is common with modern cards. I took pictures of this to prove this, attached my last full month bank statement with this card to further help them settle this. The ‘support’ rep Julie then responded with “Front and back of your debit card 2293 (signature strip signed, block out the middle 8 digits on the front and 3 digits CV2 code on the back).”
It’s as if they actively trying to run a bad sportsbook all round

The response from customer care was professional, timely and every information was clearly communicated up until the issue raised was eventually addressed

They turn down every single bet. Not just horse racing , I couldn't put 25p on Brazil as their risk assessor said no.
EDIT: Also, when I try to stake £5 and it rejects it, it doesn't tell me how much I can bet. So I have to try £4 then £3 then £2 then £1 then 50p etc etc
Why accept my registration, and deposit when you don't want me to bet?

Stay away!! You will never get that third bonus symbol. Multiple deposits and my balance has never gone over what I’ve deposited and I’ve never cracked a bonus on multiple games. I have no doubt if I did it would have been a very low win.
