My first shipment is good cause sending on time and correct product but my second shipment was delay without notification. I was tracking by myself and BOY LONDON team inform that the product as my order is not available. It was disappointing.

I was (really) quite excited to “experience” the Boy London brand. However, my most recent purchasing activity has left me anxious with the “brand” in seeking a resolution to an incomplete order purchased for Christmas. I have been engaged in an ongoing “email marathon” with the “brand” because of their failure to send all of my items purchased ( from them). As a customer, I feel “ripped off”, not important, and most importantly the “ brand” TOOK my money under false pretense. Why is it taking “this” long to “ correct an error?”.
I love the brand
I love the brand, I love the products and I love the value for money. The only thing you should improve is the customer service. Often, my mails went unanswered and had to be sent out again. But I always got there in the end and then, you all have been very accomodating, whatever my request. To give Boy London anything but full points would be a crime.
Not serious or care about customers
missing items twice
i order twice, the first deliver 1 t-shirt is missing. the. after couple days i recieve the missing t-shirt. my second order again missing 1 t-shirt. same reason out of stock. why you post in store if its out of stock. very inconvenient. i buy that for gift in christmast but 1 t-shirt still im waiting. still no reply in emails.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother if you ever want to actually want to receive your goods. Ordered a T-shirt 3 weeks ago. Have filled out customer inquiry form twice and got no response. Then called and got a load of excuses from what I assume is a 3rd party call centre.
Really not worth bothering. Will be calling them this week to get a refund.
