If I could give this company zero stars I would. Still waiting for an order placed on November 19th. We have emailed numerous times and been assured it’s on the way each time. The last time they even gave us a tracking number… turned out it was from America to somewhere in Japan. We replied explaining this and have been ignored ever since. Totally disgusted. Won’t be using this company again!

Really disappointed as there was only the choice of two cocktails both of which I didn't like.

Very disappointed, tried a couple of boxes, all were far too sweet. A really good idea, but taste horrible. No of them even the most straightforward cocktail was just too sweet to enjoy.
AVOID especially if wanting to use Clubcard vouchers
I don't know what has gone wrong with this previously good company, but I have recently had the same experience as Michele below - my Tesco voucher code would not validate, and Boxtails completely ignored all attempts to contact them (website form, email, social media). Thankfully Tesco were very helpful and refunded my vouchers. I hope they remove Boxtails as a Clubcard partner before more people waste their time.

I e-mailed them twice & sent a message via Instagram, all ignored. Don't bother trying to find the "live chat" they advertise, it doesn't exist and there's no telephone number to call them. After a week of trying, I went back to Tesco, who immediately refunded my vouchers (over £100 worth). So top marks to Tesco.
They don’t send what you order
Ordered 6 passionfuit martini and was sent 1 expresso one and 5 passionfruit. Was for a gathering with 2 friends. I am beyond annoyed. They replied “ sorry, you had the very last 5 pouches of Passion Fruit – more stoxk is coming in a couple of weeks

I don’t see how that is ok. No offer to refund.
Improvements needed
They were really quick but I was disappointed on the size for the price each pouch works out at £7.50 for 125mil and the taste was not great. Would rather buy Moth cocktails but I had Tesco Clubcard to use so tried these. Could be so much better.
A great experience
I ordered a mystery box with Tesco clubcard vouchers. It arrived promptly and I put it in the fridge. Just had a cosmopolitan and it was absolutely lovely. Can't fault anything- thank you Boxtails- I'll be back!

No response on damaged order
One star is too much. They do not respond to emails. My order arrived damaged. I will not buy from then again, even with Clubcard points.

Got a voucher? Don't bother
I urge you to read the experiences that people have had with customer services. I was lucky enough to get a response - but very little effort went in to resolving my query.
My transaction timed out using a Tesco partner code. When I went to use it again - it was showing as used. The amount of time I have had to spend back and forward without resolution is a joke. The customer service team just do not seem bothered by the obvious issues that they have. I will continue to chase - but I would expect a much more professional service.
I am not the only one to have issues - please read other reviews - they are right!
