I have nothing negative to say about Box of Wine. All bottles were ones I may not have otherwise come across and of superb quality. The customer service from Neil was superb and he was most helpful in talking me through the process of securely changing my card details. He answered that email instantly with a phone call and took me through each step to help me navigate the website. I'm not normally one to give rave reviews, but Neil and his colleagues and employees deserve it. It really is a fabulous venture.

We really enjoyed the wine tasting evening on the 24th October. Neil was really knowledgeable and the wines were all lovely. It was a really pleasant evening and we came away with a little more confidence in knowing what we like and why!!

Got the introduction offer from 'box of wine' ..loved it ..The wines were varied and delicious and ranked very well in price when I checked 'vivino' ..love the gift bag and drinking beakers ..using them already ...looking forward to our next delivery 🍷🍷

Ordered a gift rather than a subscription so can't speak to that service. The process was ok, system is a bit weird and tells you your order is on hold and if I hadn't contacted them myself I would have had a 3 hour heads up for the delivery. The package itself is very very disappointing, In the package was the wine, soap and some fake straw with no bax as promised. Contacted them and initially got responses but then nothing. Way better gift services out there, don't bother with these guys.

The Box of Wine wine tasting event in No59 Camden Street was a fun and interesting experience, expertly presented by Neil. A beautiful setting for an evening with such a varied selection of wines. We were given super background info on the vineyards and plenty of time to taste and enjoy the wines. A really enjoyable event!
