Bad experience

Bought a ring from them, they shipped the wrong one, a cheaper one. I emailed them about it and after a few emails back and forth, they finally send the correct ring. But I had to pay the shipping first to send the wrong oneback. Their mistake and they never refunded me the shipping. Which was not the cheapest shipping which was registered shipping from Belgium to UK. And not long after that, the stones already fell out of the ring. So products are also very poor quality. Never will I buy again from this company!!!!
